Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the sale and provision of all educational travel programmes ("Programmes") offered by TUTU VIEW Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (No. 14806277). By booking a place on a Programme, you ("you", "the client") agree to be bound by these terms. Our website is tutuview.com.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a place on a Programme.
The remaining balance of the Programme fee is due no later than 60 days before the start date of the Programme.
If a booking is made less than 60 days before the start date, the full fee is payable immediately.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You: All cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges will apply:
- If you cancel more than 60 days before the start date: Loss of deposit only.
- If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before the start date: 50% of the total Programme fee.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the start date: 100% of the total Programme fee.
Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a Programme, we will offer you the choice of a full refund of all monies paid or a place on an alternative Programme. We are not liable for any incidental expenses you may have incurred.

4. Our Responsibilities

We will provide the Programme as described on our website and in our marketing materials.
We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all student participants.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or academic content when necessary, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the student has a valid passport and obtains any necessary visas for entry into the UK.
You must provide us with accurate and complete information, including any relevant medical details or dietary requirements for the student.
The student participant agrees to abide by the code of conduct and the authority of our staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe, with no right to a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability to you is limited to the total amount of the Programme fee paid by you. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or for any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
