Programme Overview
English Adventurers is an immersive two-week language programme for students of all levels, from A1 to C1. You’ll build your confidence in English through interactive lessons, practical tasks, and creative projects that bring the language to life. From structured grammar and vocabulary sessions to roleplay, debates, and collaborative writing, every activity is designed to help you communicate more fluently and effectively. Learning doesn’t stop in the classroom – through projects, excursions and fieldwork, the classroom opens into the world around you, turning English into a living, shared experience.

Module 1: English Lessons
15 hours of interactive and practical lessons per week for students of all levels (A1-C1). Sessions focus on building confidence through structured grammar, vocabulary, roleplay, debates, and collaborative writing to improve fluency and communication skills.

• Week Two - Future Oxford Expo: Students act as innovators, preparing pitches and presenting their work at a simulated expo.
• Week Two - The Expo Stage: Students deliver a live performance piece, such as a short play or spoken-word poetry.

• There are five boarding houses, with separate accommodation for boys and girls.
• Rooms consist mostly of single and twin rooms, though some small dorms are also available.
• In-room amenities include a desk and a small wardrobe.

• Common rooms are available for students to use for rest and relaxation.

For safety, all students are given an SBC Gold Card with an emergency contact number to carry with them when off-site.
